After a bit of reflection and overview of this hear livejournal, I have come to the conclusion that I have outgrown this livejournal. I just don't like writting in here anymore, period. It's not that I hate LJ or I hate the people or my friends list or anything like that. I just feel that this LJ doesn't really reflect who I am anymore.

It doesn't nessasarly mean goodbye, though. I'm just not going to update in here anymore. I may come back in a brand spanking new journal form (which is likely), but as for now...

THIS JOURNAL IS NO MORE

IT HAS CEASED TO BE

IT HAS EXPIRED AND GONE TO MEET IT'S MAKER.

THIS...IS A LATE LIVEJOURNAL.

Remember like a year ago I would post on a daily basis? The best thing about my media arts class is that i had acess to a computer almost everyday, not to mention atleast 10 minutes a perod on hand. I miss those days! Just sitting in class typing up little random details about the days before. It was so theraputic... And now I hardly post in here anymore. I've been neglecting this LJ, and it's not cool!

The funny thing is, even though I don't post in here, I read other peoples almost everyday! (except when I'm out late or really busy with homework etc.)

Stuff I am Doing:

1. Practicing My Solo for Vocal
2. Mentally planing out a new layout for this journal
3. Or website, perhaps?
4. Getting ready to listen to Vic's Radio Show
5. Going to Grans place later in the afternoon.
6. Physics Homework

Which Unfortunate movies have you seen?

I can tell you that I can make this list twice as long, too.

*ahem* anyway

The exessive amounts of busy days have finaly taken their toll on me, forcing me to stay home today and sleep. It's one of the best days I've had in a long time. It's the simple pleasures, you know? I don't need to stay after school to finish any tests or... anything that requires a large amount of physical or mental energy. I mean, there are days where I wish I never had to sleep a wink for the rest of my life, but then there are days like today when sleep is the best friend you could ever have. I'm actually in a REALLY good mood right now despite being quite sick simply because of the fact that I haven't slept so soundly in a long time. Sleep. ROCKS. GO SLEEP. SLEEP IS MY MASTER.

And happy birthday to Paul Simon! ...Because he's cool...SHUT UP! :-P

Mood: exhausted

*ahem* Pardon my absense. I have been so busy with school and other things this week, I haven't been able to get online since Monday or so. I am very tired, so now I'm just trying to relax, celebrate Lennon and Entwistle's birthdays today, and listen to this massive, 4 hour special on John. I had only enough cassete's to capture parts 1 and 2. But, all of the interview clips that are being played have never been played before, so if anyone is interested in whatever I've been able to capture can e-mail me. (mysticocelot@yahoo.ca) If I get any responce, I'll see what I can do in terms of transcripting or just copying the clips and sending them out to people. Then again, that might not be too Kosher, so I'll see what I can do.

Besides that, I guess I should go into my week in some detail. Tuesday I was away from home from 7:45 in the morning until 9:45 at night. I had a choir practice and I went down to Yonge and Eglinton too meet up with Lindz to go visit her new place. She's living with her friend, Jen (who rocks just as hard as she does) and attending Ryerson University. (Which is probably where I'm going to end up as well, depending on the program I choose.) A lot of walking was involved, and now I'm slatted to meet one of her proffs one day. Sweetness.

On Wed I got home around 5:30 in the evening from helping out in science. (Like I usually do, because I'm always the last to leave from the group.) So on the 21st, I'm off to McMaster University for some sort of science fair/compitition/open house type deal. I'm going to make sure to bring the camera this time. Hoorah. Pictures are fun.

Thursday was... OH MAN. I'm still recovering from Thursday. Didn't leave from school until 10:30 AT NIGHT because of commencement (Graduation Ceramony). It was insane, but fun at the same time. I was managing all of the technical stuff that evening, and we screwed up pretty royaly. We had the new drama teacher sort of take over, which was great because he used to be a professional stage manager. And now, because we just did a really bad job that night, we can't setup for anymore events until we get some more training. It sucks in a way, but I'm glad because whenever I work on any setups, I always feel like we were doing something wrong, and we were. Kris and Jerremy are really mad about it though. Oh well, if they choose to leave, that's there choice. I'm just glad that someone has finaly expressed their concern and is attemping to make us a better crew... Plus I got free food, water, see all of my friends from last year and help out with Mr. Kerr and Mr. Doucette backstage. Always fun with those two.

Friday was a field trip to The Science Center with all the grade 11 science classes. Didn't half to sit in school all day and I got to wonder around in a scientific haze. I mean, it's aimmed more for the younger grades and we were the oldest school kids there, but there is some pretty neat stuff in that place. I haven't been in years. The food was EXPENSIVE, though. It cost me 9 bucks for a decent lunch. 3 BUCKS FOR A BOTTLE OF 7-UP. CHRIST.

So that's my week. Ta.

Mood:Meh...

I didn't wake up until 1 O'clock this afternoon. Then again, I didn't go to sleep until 4:30 this morning. I think my problem is that I haven't found a way to use all of my bottled up physical energy. Mental and emotional outlets are in abundance for me, but I always have trouble appeasing my physical side. A part of me wishes that I could be more fit and vital and not so lethargic and uncoordinated. I want to find something to do with my body and more importantly for it. It's not that I'm unhappy with my appearance, but I feel the need to keep myself in balance. I need to break this pattern...

Either than that, I am pretty disappointed that I couldn't go over to Kris' for his birthday today. It was so last minute and I don't even have anything to give him. That's not the reason why I can't go, though. I have my World History project to finish, which happens to be a couple of days overdue (thanks to the displacement of a floppy disk and a busted printer. I need to fix it again. *sigh*).

Did I just type displacement? Oh god, physics! CURSE YOU. Misplacement...
I did watch something on TV about possible origins of the universe last night, and it was interesting to say the least. It was all physics, too. Isaac Newton, Einstein, string and quantum theory was banging on the eardrums. Strange how all of it could make sense to me at 3:30 in the morning, is it not? Similar concepts were touched upon in physics class on Friday as well.

"It's amazing how the church used to have such a huge grasp on everything back a few hundred years ago. I mean, the catholic church had Galileo exiled because of his ideas, although I guess that was a good thing in the long run because he came up with his best ideas when he was in exile...Do You know why the called it the dark ages? One of the reasons was because of you were a scientist, you couldn't express any ideas unless it somehow tied to the church. Did you know before Newton, that most people thought the moon revolved around the earth by having ANGELS pushing it from the side? That was science back in the dark ages! Now that we've actually gone to the moon, "HUH WHA? I don't see any bloody angels! What was that all about? It's amazing how so many people followed and believed that Christian non-sense back then. It's absolutely ridiculous."

"*cough cough*Atheist*cough*Atheist."

*nervous laugh* "You're going to stone me, aren't you?"

"No, I agree with you for the most part. I'd rather use the whip or some chains, though."

"I don't know if I should be pleased with your response or not."

Bantering with Mr. Doucette is educational AND fun!

Right Click-Save Target As...

I got bored, so I recorded a verse of "Love Ain't For Keeping" to make the boredem go away. I sound somewhat... quiet and sweet, and the guitar pick was being evil, so it made a few clicks that the mic picked up. Either than that, it's all good. Enjoy.. I guess...

And for U2 fans... If you haven't heard the new single yet... Try to find it and listen to it! It's pretty good...

Dearest Ljer's,

My heart is filled with joy even though my fingers blistered and kissed with blood. I have achieved acoustic guitar greatness! How, exactly, have I achieved acoustic guitar greatness? By finally learning how to play Pinball Wizard, of course! Now if you shall excuse me, I must begin my quest for band-aids. The ones you use to heal cuts, not the groupies. Although a groupie or two would be nice…

This is how I've spent my day off from school and, I must say it has been a pretty sweet day.

I have an extra 20 minutes before I need to get a ride to school. So I might as well spend some of it writing in here.

Half days at school are always nice, aren't they? Especially if they happen the day before you get a full day off from school. It's a perfect time to get things done. Cleaned up the apartment a little while mum was out, finished all of my Physics and World History assignments, too. I think in Physics I'm sitting in-between an 80 and a 90 average, which is great because I'm already exactly where I want to be so early on in the year in this class. I hope I can maintain this. It's not as difficult as I thought it would be, either.

I also got a couple of my courses changed yesterday for next semester. I was put into the wrong math class, so now I've dropped that for Intro. Accounting and Finance. I also decided to sacrifice my Photography course for American History. It was a sad loss, at first, but American History is a university preparation course, and I need at least 6 of those on my timetable if I plan to go in the next two years. Plus I have Mr. Deputat again, finally. It's also in the same period and classroom as last year, too. It'll just be like old times, how exciting!

So that makes:

2 English Courses
1 Science Course
1 Music Course
1 Business Course
And 3 History Courses!

No wonder why the entire department still talks about me. O.o;;

Will add more later today…

I saw footage of Queen from Live Aid today, too. FUCKING ACE!
